Shea butter
Pressed from the nuts of the African shea tree and used on skin for generations. Rich in natural fatty acids that soften skin and help lock in moisture.
Oat kernel extract & oil
Oat has been the go-to for dry, itchy-feeling skin since grandma's oatmeal baths. We use both the extract and the oil, so skin feels calm and comfortable.
Organic aloe
Certified-organic aloe leaf juice, the same cooling plant you'd snap off the windowsill. It adds light hydration so the butter sinks in instead of sitting on top.
Organic argan oil
Pressed from the kernels of the Moroccan argan tree. Silky and rich in vitamin E, it leaves skin soft, never greasy.
Organic calendula & chamomile
Two garden flowers, both certified organic, long used in baby care for their gentle, calming feel on delicate skin.
What we leave out
No mineral oil or petroleum jelly
We skip mineral oil and petroleum jelly, using only rich plant butters and oils like shea, coconut and olive.
No parabens or phthalates
We never use harsh parabens or phthalates, in this product or any of ours. It's a promise across our whole line.
No silicones or dyes
Always free of silicones and dyes. Its creamy color and silky feel come from shea and plant oils alone.
No PEGs
We leave out PEGs, the synthetic thickeners in many lotions, and still whip it into a light, fluffy butter.
No animal ingredients
Free of animal ingredients like lanolin and beeswax. Rich plant butters and oils do all the moisturizing.

After a bath, pat skin until it's just slightly damp so moisture locks in. You may also apply as needed between baths: during diaper changes, before bed, or whenever skin feels dry.
Scoop
Scoop a small amount onto clean fingertips.
Massage
Smooth thoroughly over the body, with a little extra on dry patches, elbows and knees. It's a great moisturizer for mom or dad, too.

Apart that it smells AMAZINGLY, my baby had some type of rash for 2 weeks. Unsure what the cause of this rash on his belly and crease of arms was. According to his pediatrician it could be heat rash, pet allergy, detergent, unknown. I knew it was none of those since my baby is 4 months and none of those environments were new. I tried the body butter on him as soon as I received it because it smelled so good. After I applied I got scared because I didn’t even think this could make his little rash worse. Well surprise surprise the next day, the dry redness and rash spots were gone! I’ll blame the body butter for it :)

WOW, this product leaves a slight sheen for awhile then it sort of dries down to the softest skin and it leaves a baby powder like, lavender scent. I’m in lavender heaven.

This is the BEST body butter I have ever used. It has been great keeping my granddaughters skin soft with no dryness. I also started using the body cream all over before bedtime. Received some of this body butter at my daughter’s baby shower. We’ve used it since she was born, and Mom, baby, and I all enjoy it. Smells great, and works so well on my baby’s bottom. Every time she gets even slightly red, irritated skin, we put a tiny amount of this on, and by the next diaper change, you can’t even tell her skin was irritated before. It really works WONDERS and I won’t buy anything else from now on. My daughter’s name is also Maeve, so it’s a perfect fit. We keep some at home, and in the diaper bag for on the go!
