1. Sponsor

The Mavey Jaymes $500 Shopping Spree Giveaway (the “Giveaway”) is sponsored by Mavey Jaymes, 3595 Sunset Drive, Redding, CA 96001, United States (customercare@maveyjaymes.com) (“Sponsor”). The Giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Meta Platforms, Inc., Instagram, or Facebook.

2. Eligibility

Open to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees of Sponsor and their immediate family members (or those living in the same household) are not eligible. Void where prohibited by law.

3. Giveaway period

The Giveaway begins July 16, 2026 at 12:00 AM ET and entries close August 20, 2026 at 11:59 PM ET (the “Giveaway Period”). Entries received outside the Giveaway Period will not be counted.

4. How to enter

All entry methods are free. One entrant per person and per email address. Entries are earned as follows, up to a maximum of eleven (11) entries per person:

One (1) entry — submit your email address on the Giveaway page.
Two (2) additional entries — opt in to receive text messages from Sponsor and confirm by replying to the confirmation text sent to your phone. Entries are earned once your reply confirms the opt-in. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of entry — the other entry methods on this page remain available to everyone regardless of SMS opt-in.
Three (3) additional entries — complete the ten (10) question Giveaway questionnaire.
Five (5) additional entries — save a “Perfect Cart” of at least five (5) Mavey Jaymes products on the Giveaway page. This is a saved wishlist-style selection; it does not require adding any item to your real shopping cart and does not require a purchase.

Completing a bonus step more than once, or updating previously submitted responses, does not earn additional entries. Purchasing products during the Giveaway Period is not an entry method, does not earn entries, and does not affect your odds of winning.

5. Entry limits & verification

Limit: one (1) entrant per person and per email address for the duration of the Giveaway Period. Entries submitted using multiple email addresses, phone numbers, or identities by the same person are prohibited and will be void. Entries generated by script, macro, bot, or any other automated means are void. Sponsor may use reasonable technical measures to identify, consolidate, or disqualify suspected duplicate, automated, or fraudulent entries, in its sole discretion, and may disqualify any individual who tampers with, or attempts to tamper with, the entry process. In the event of a dispute over the identity of an entrant, the entry will be deemed made by the authorized account holder of the email address used to enter.

6. Prize

One (1) winner will receive a Mavey Jaymes shopping spree of up to five hundred U.S. dollars ($500) in retail value (the “Prize”). If the winner saved a Perfect Cart, that selection is the starting point for the Prize — the winner may change or modify their selections before the Prize is fulfilled. If the winner did not save a Perfect Cart, the winner will choose their own products up to the Prize value, or, at Sponsor's sole discretion, receive a Mavey Jaymes gift card of equivalent value instead. Approximate retail value (ARV) of the Prize: $500. The Prize is not transferable and may not be substituted for cash, except that Sponsor may, at its sole discretion, substitute a prize of equal or greater value. The winner is solely responsible for any applicable federal, state, and local taxes on the Prize.

7. Winner selection and notification

The winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries, weighted by each entrant's earned entry count, on or about August 21, 2026. The winner will be notified by email and, if opted in, by text, and must respond within seven (7) days of first notification or an alternate winner may be selected in their place. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

8. All-entrant promotion

All entrants who are not selected as the winner will receive a promotional discount code by email after the drawing. The discount amount varies and may depend on which entry steps were completed. Discount codes are promotional, have no cash value, and expire as stated in the delivery email. Any promotional discount offered during or after the Giveaway Period has no effect on entries earned or odds of winning.

9. Publicity

Except where prohibited, acceptance of the Prize constitutes the winner's permission for Sponsor to use their first name and state of residence for winner-announcement and promotional purposes, without additional compensation.

10. Privacy

Information submitted with an entry is collected by Sponsor and used in accordance with Sponsor's Privacy Policy, including to administer the Giveaway and, with your consent, to send marketing communications. You may unsubscribe at any time; unsubscribing after entry does not affect entries already earned during the Giveaway Period.

11. Release & limitation of liability

By entering, entrants release and hold harmless Sponsor and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any and all liability for any injury, loss, or damage of any kind arising from or in connection with participation in the Giveaway or the acceptance, receipt, use, or misuse of the Prize, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

12. General conditions

By entering, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and Sponsor's decisions, which are final. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or violates these Rules, and to cancel, suspend, or modify the Giveaway if fraud or technical failure compromises its integrity, in which case the Prize will be awarded from eligible entries received prior to the action taken. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, or undeliverable entries or notifications.

13. Governing law

These Official Rules are governed by the laws of the state in which Sponsor is located, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles.
